Cosmic Goddess Teapot*

An original teapot dedicated to all the astrology-loving souls. Featuring all twelve zodiac star constellations.

The teapot body, spout and lid were thrown on the pottery wheel with warm, speckled stoneware. Once firm and trimmed, it was assembled then each constellation was carved by hand. The teapot was fired twice. It's inside is coated in a glossy, clear glaze, the lid and handle are finished in a matte black glaze. 

*Discounted due to crack on handle and slightly drippy pour. The handle crack was filled and does not inhibit functionality, see last photo.
