FAQ
General
-
What kind of clay is your work made of?
Ceramic stoneware. This clay is fired in a kiln until it is vitrified—producing a heat and water proof finish that is very durable and stands the test of time.
Occasionally I will add other mediums such as stones, crystals, metal, moss, wood or polymer clay to my pieces.
-
Can I buy your work in person?
As of now the only place to purchase my work is right here on my website!
-
I don't see __ in your shop, how can I buy one?
I often share works-in-progress, customs or personal projects on social media. If you do not see a piece I've shared it either means it hasn't been released yet or is not for sale.
To stay up to date on new releases join my waiting list to receive email updates!
-
How often do you update your shop?
I aim to put out new work every 7-10 weeks. The ceramic process is slow and intentional, but so worth the wait!
-
Do you offer custom work?
Yes, I do! For information on how the process works and to submit a request go here. I love creating special pieces for folks!
-
Do you teach ceramics?
Currently I do not offer any educational resources online or in person. However, it is my dream to share the joy of ceramics through teaching in the near future, so stay tuned!
-
Do you offer payment plans?

Shop Pay Installments- If you already have Shop Pay set up, you’ll have the option to pay the order in full or in four payments. There are no additional charges, interest fees or late fees. This method will not affect your credit score.
PayPal Credit- This must be set up in advance with an existing PayPal account. You need to be 18 years or older to apply and PayPal will check your credit score. If you would like to use this feature, simply checkout with PayPal and hit the "Pay with PayPal Credit" button when finishing your order.

Handling & Care
-
Mugs & Dishes
Though ceramic is generally dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing with warm water to ensure the longevity of your new piece(s).
Pieces without gold, metal or stone details (shiny luster, jewelry, crystals, etc.) are microwave safe. However, if your piece has any of the following do not put it in the microwave.
-
Incense Burners
Dark, sticky residue build up on incense burners is normal. To reduce this, wipe the incense plate and inside of the piece with a damp towel after each use.
To freshen up your piece and remove surface discoloration, gently scrub Bar Keepers Friend on affected areas with a wet toothbrush or sponge.
