A scorpion with a hidden talent- illumination in the shadows!
The mugs body was thrown on the pottery wheel with a cream stoneware. Once firm enough to work it was trimmed then joined with a hand-sculpted scorpion handle. After slowly drying it was fired, glazed then fired three more times. It was adorned with genuine moonstone.
